Body Control Pilates CD with Philippa Satchwell

These two 30 minute sessions provide a mind-body workout with a focus on the deep muscles,
bringing the body into the correct alignment. They will also help to relieve unwanted stress and
tension and improve body awareness, so that the principles can be carried over into functional
activities of daily living.
The front fold-out insert, includes a brief description of some key terms used in Pilates and the
back cover explains some of the benefits from a physiotherapy point of view.
