An hour of spoken yoga instruction on CD by a very experienced Iyengar & BWY yoga teacher. Designed as a supplement to a class rather than for the absolute beginner, the asanas are pictured on the CD inlay Program and you can program your CD player to play anything from a 10 minute revitaliser to the full practice.
For those new to CD tuition you will not be disappointed as the instruction is clear and the words really help to deepen both your postures and your relaxation, what's more the 1hr practice is well balanced and good for all levels
