Zafu (sitting cushion) is perfectly used for Zen meditation. It is ideal for lotus or half-lotus
meditation postures and is the most versatile size of cushion supporting a variety of postures. There
is a hidden zip that allows you to add or remove to the filling to adjust the loft or the softness to suit
you.
Our cushion is pleated for extra durability and is filled with natural buckwheat hulls. The cushion
has a convenient handle for easy carrying.
Specification: 100% cotton twill cover with zip access to allow top up; filled with buckwheat
hulls.
