A useful head block and, low enough for a forehead rest. It could be a little longer for exercises that roll the head from one side to the other, but careful positioning can overcome that point.

Purchased this head block from Yoga Mad. Fully satisified with their services and with quality of the product. I mostly use the block to raise my head in reclining postures or to provide support between my knees. Moreover, it is made of non toxic EVA foam what is very important for me as i suffer allergies.
