CHIP Foam Half Yoga Block (1")

For use as cushioning in inversions, such as the shoulder stand (4 required), to support the head in forward bends and for lift in seated twists. Available in non-toxic, scratch-resistant first grade EVA foam with 3mm chamfered edges or in recycled chip foam.
305mm x 205mm x 50mm this block is particularly useful when needing to reduce the height of one's lift by less than 2"(5cm) in one go i.e. in Virasana.
