This is a good quality yoga belt and easily adaptable with a flexible buckle. 2.5 m is my length since i'm tall. Now i can do yoga posters correctly with this belt. I use it for binding in some postures, and as extension in forward bends. No discomfort for my hands or body skin when using this, i guess because of the material it is made of.

This belt allows me to perform yoga exercises easily. It is made from strong and practical material however pleasant to touch. It creates good pressure during the pose without straining my body and thereby provides correct performance of asanas. It helps with stretches, balance control, and correct support in postures.
