Yoga-Mad and its employees make no claim as to the benefits arising from the use of yoga mats &props and this site is in no way intended as a guide on how to practice yoga or how to use yoga props. Yoga-mad products are used entirely at your own risk. Our staff ARE NOT MEDICALLY TRAINED and we advise that you always consult a qualified yoga teacher (or where appropriate a medical practitioner) before using yoga props. Yoga-Mad will not be liable for consequential loses caused by the use of any of the products on this web site howsoever arising.

Purchasing From Yoga-Mad™
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Statement - below, without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted at the time of checkout. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted, subject to not selling below our cost price.

Yoga-Mad™ Product Guarantee and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is essential to our success. If you are unhappy with any of our products we will refund any unused items so long as you return them to us at your expense, in a saleable condition (this means unused and with all packaging in tact - we do not accept the return of CD, DVD or Videos unless they are faulty) within 30 days of purchase. Please call us for approval before returning any used goods. For larger items it may be more convenient for you if we arrange collection (mainland UK only), if this is the case please call us on 01386 859 555 to make arrangements. In the event of us collecting the goods a carriage charge of £6.50 including VAT will be deducted from the credit due to you. When returning goods be sure to include your details.

Damaged or Defective Goods
We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us as soon as possible if there are any problems so that we can arrange for their collection at no cost to you. We will at our option replace the goods or refund monies paid by you.

Security at www.yogamad.com
Yoga-Mad.com uses COMODO EV SSL (secure Socket Later).. All credit card transactions are undertaken using SSL encryption of a minimum of 40 bit and firewalls, operated by Sec Pay managed by Paypoint. Upon checkout you will see the toolbar turns green meaning the page you are viewing was encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers. It is therefore unlikely that anyone read this page as it traveled across the network. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.

Payment Options
Yoga-Mad accepts Paypal*, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and debit cards and uses a secure payment system which means payment is taken immediately once the order has been placed. Payment can be made and will be charged accordingly in £ Sterling, US Dollars or Euros according to your preference. Cheque's can be mailed to us made payable to T.L. Elliott & Co Ltd - please print out your order and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance. *If paying by Paypal please make an instant payment if you use Paypal e cheques we will have to wait for payment to clear (can be 7 days or more) before we despatch your order.

Order Confirmations
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive an E-Mail confirmation. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. You may also print your invoice at the end of the check out and can login in to your account to view previous invoices at a later date. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part there of, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will immediately refund payment by the same method as the payment made.

VAT & Duty
The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (ex-VAT prices are in brackets), (where applicable)at a rate of 17.5% (VAT No. 589254981). VAT is added automatically in the shopping basket for UK & EU* customers (EU customers with a valid EU VAT number can enter their VAT number at check out and will not be charged VAT). VAT will be deducted for orders placed from outside the EU. Local Taxes & Duties for those outside the EU are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.

UK Delivery
Deliveries within the UK, excluding The Islands are mainly by 2-3 day "signed for" courier service using ANC or Parcel Force, though small items are sometimes sent by the Royal Mail. Goods ordered before 12pm (GMT) will normally be processed and dispatched the same day. Occasionally we may deliver the goods in several consignments but if this is the case we will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.

Canceling Your Contract
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection of your product, we are unable to specify the collection time, and will require someone to be present when the courier comes.

If you wish to cancel, please write to us at the address below. We require all cancellation requests in writing, within 7 working days starting on the day after you receive the goods from us. Alternatively fax us on 00 44 (0)1386 859 350 or Email customercare@yogamad.com. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

Direct Selling Regulation Complaince Information
The contract is entered into between ourselves at the point your payment is received and your order confirmed. The contract is made in English language only. Your contract/invoice will remain available online to you and will be accessible via your online account for a minimum of 6 months. If you need to correct an error in your order after it has been placed please do so by email or by phone immediately as most orders are sent the same day and once the goods have been sent additional carriage costs may be incurred.
