An ideal Pilates matwork kit and introduction to Pilates.

The Pilates kit includes a Double handle Pilates resistance ring, medium latex resistance band (1.2m x 15cm) and a 9" (23cm) Exersoft Ball.

Included in the kit is an A1 colour poster featuring 8 illustrated exercises for each piece of equipment. The exercises have been developed by Pilates expert Emma Newham, the founder and Director of Pilates Union.

Pilates Union runs Pilates Teacher Training workshops that are approved by the Register of Exercise Professionals.
