If you are looking for 1,000 + mats we cancustomise yoga mats to your exact specification. Depending on what features you are looking for we are sometimes able to produce mats for less than 1,000 pieces. When looking for a custom mat we can offer the following variables:

Thickness: 1.5mm to 8mm

Widths: 60cm, 61cm, 66cm, 80cm

Lengths: From 1.2m kids yoga mats to 2.5m

Printing: From small logo screen printing up to screen printing the entire yoga mat

Colour: Pick a Pantone colour or we can do streaked mats (without paint), multi coloured mats or painted yoga mats

Labeling: Colour marketing wrapper, Woven label, Screen print, embossed or debossed logos are possible

Other design features: Embroidery on mats, rounded corners, heat sealed edges, material edges, alignment lines and more....

Materials available: PVC, Oeko-Tex PVC, TPE, Natural Rubber or Latex Packaging: Shrink wrap, plain or per bagged
