The mattress convertor allows you to turn your Pilates Reformer in to a complete bed either to use for mat exercises or for use with the half cadillac. The shoulder rests on the carriage remove (without tools) leaving you with a completely flat surface.

The foot bar can still be used when the mattress is inserted or it can be folded down out of the way. Depending on personal choice.
