The Pilates-Mad Deluxe Arc Barrel (East Coast Style) is similar to the West Coast Baby Arc but with the added functionality of carry handles on each side. Like the larger Step barrels the Baby Arcs are great for adding an extra dimension to mat work classes, offering various workout possibilities that help to improve the posture, lengthen and strengthen the back, feet and shoulders muscles.
