Used to aid rotation in seated twists, for support in backbends, in viparita karani; and for refinement of the shoulder stand. Ideal for serious Iyengar students and studios. Chairs fold flat for easy storage and have durable white non-marking feet.

This really is the most useful chair for all levels of yoga whether you are advanced and using it to help with shoulderstands etc, or whether you're less flexible and using it because you can't get down on the floor.
It has a nice clean silver (lighter than the pic) finish and really does fold flat (slim) so it's easy to store and could also slide under the bed if storage is a prob.
A great dvd for using with it showing asanas using the chair as a modifications is 'Yoga for Inflexible People' which is an american dvd so I don't know if Yogamad stock it. One of those buys you only need make once but make such a difference.
