Our beautiful Folding Bamboo Meditation Stool is a novelty in the Zen choice! This hand made stool slopes forward to help get one's pelvis at the correct angle and the folding legs open widely to ensure that they do not easily close when you are seated.

You can kneel with the stool taking the weight of your body and keep an erect and alert posture for long periods without unnecessary strain.

This really is a beautiful quality item, &, once you are settled on it, it feels sturdy too with the wide legs. It's a wider seat than I expected, which enables you to sit with the knees apart, also giving greater stability & uprightness in posture. I will no doubt have more comfortable meditations now! Thanks.

Bought one of these because it was easy to transport, and use it all the time now. Get much better posture using this stool, and can sit for quite long periods of time. If you like this bench style of meditation stool, this is well made and good value.
